OBJECTIVE
Lead the financial, HR, accounting, and Data analytics strategy of the company to ensure long-term liquidity, operational efficiency, and profitability. Establish and oversee policies, budgets, and internal controls, while guiding and partnering with executive leadership to drive business growth and ensure sustainability.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Accounting & Administration Oversight
• Manage the accounting and finance departments, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate financial records and reports.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
• Forecast and manage inflows and outflows of cash to secure short- and long-term liquidity.
• Oversee cash management strategies and optimize working capital.
Budget Planning & Control
• Develop, control, and monitor operational and investment budgets aligned with strategic objectives, proactively offer different
strategies to improve or maintain performance.
Banking & Financial Relations
• Lead negotiations and create lasting relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure resources and optimize financial performance.
Investment Analysis & Decision Support
• Evaluate investment opportunities and financing alternatives using profitability and risk assessment criteria, aligned with the company's objectives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Lead HR and Data to align financial operations with organizational priorities and performance goals.
Strategic Policy & Process Development
• Participate in defining and updating financial, HR, and business data policies, procedures, and protocols.
Operational & Production Optimization
• Drive improvements in planning, production, and service operations through efficient profitability controls.
Financial Advisory
• Advise leadership on revenue growth strategies and sustainable cost-efficiency initiatives.
Risk Management
• Identify, assess, and clearly communicate financial risks in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders within different
departments in the company.
Goal-Oriented Action Plans
• Propose and oversee strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of annual financial targets.
Executive Support
• Support Lead and present to the CEO, monthly and annual financial reports, forecasts, and planning.
Billing & Collections Accuracy
• Maintain efficiency and accuracy in client invoicing and payment collection processes.
Tax Compliance
• Coordinate and submit all required tax documentation while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks through different partners.
Purchasing Oversight
• Supervise purchasing controls and policies to ensure expenditure optimization.
Team Leadership
• Direct, mentor, and develop the Finance, HR, and Data team, ensuring alignment with internal processes and business objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelorʼs degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced or multinational environments.
• Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English (B2 level or higher).
• Preferred: Strong ERP proficiency (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle), knowledge of international tax frameworks and corporate legal structures.
